Church''s Chicken in Texas seeks a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure guests receive friendly, fast, accurate service in a clean and safe environment. You will lead the team, maintain brand standards, and manage opening/closing procedures while monitoring cash handling and shift reports.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and are eligible to work in the United States. You may support other locations as needed.

Formación

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle.
• Pass a background check.
• Must have a phone available 24 hours a day.
• Able to work opening and closing shifts.
• May be required to work at other Church's Chicken locations.

Responsabilidades

• Create a world-class guest experience with friendly, quick and accurate service.
• Deliver brand standards, cleanliness and safety across the restaurant.
• Communicate openly with manager and team members and assign tasks.
• Foster teamwork and support colleagues and company values.
• Perform opening and closing duties and submit shift reports.
• Enter inventory and payroll data as required and ensure cash handling accuracy.
