Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure a top-tier guest experience with friendly, efficient service in a clean, safe setting. You will guide team members, uphold brand standards, and manage opening/closing duties and shift reports.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with supervisors, and adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures, with opportunities to lead by example on busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to an automobile during shifts, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule and open and close the restaurant.
• May be required to work temporarily at other restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Creates a World Class Guest Experience by ensuring friendly, quick and accurate service and a clean, welcoming environment.
• Delivers exceptional brand standards, maintains cleanliness and safety, and handles product safety and stock management.
• Communicates openly with the manager and team members, assigns duties and provides feedback.
• Demonstrates teamwork, recognizes performance, and supports company values.
• Performs opening and closing duties and completes shift reports and cash handling tasks.
