Job summary

Church's Chicken in Austin, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure guests receive a superior dining experience with fast, friendly and accurate service. You will supervise team members, enforce brand standards and safety, and assist with opening/closing duties.

Successful candidates will lead by example, communicate effectively with the manager and staff, and help maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment while supporting company values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule and open/close the restaurant.
• May be required to work at other restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class guest experience with friendly, quick and accurate service.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with the manager and team members to assign duties and provide feedback.
• Foster teamwork and provide help to teammates as needed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and complete shift reports and cash handling tasks.
