Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members in delivering fast, friendly, accurate service while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. You will oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, and support management in training and guest satisfaction.

This role requires 18+ with a high school diploma/GED, US work eligibility, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts including opening/closing. Prior supervisory or lead experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to an automobile during shifts, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule and open and close the restaurant.
• May be required to work temporarily at other restaurant locations.

• Creates a World Class Guest Experience with friendly, quick and accurate service.
• delivers brand standards, cleanliness and safety in daily operations.
• Communicates openly with manager and team members to ensure tasks are completed.
• Demonstrates teamwork and supports company values and rules.
• Performs administrative duties such as opening/closing, reports and inventory as assigned.
