Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a superior guest experience. The role emphasizes friendly service, brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, have a GED or high school diploma, and be eligible to work in the United States. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to open/close shifts are important.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to an automobile during shifts, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule and open and close the restaurant.
• May be required to work temporarily at other restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Creates a World Class Guest Experience by ensuring friendly, quick and accurate service and a clean, safe environment.
• Delivers Exceptional Brand Standards, including cleanliness, product handling and safety procedures.
• Communicates openly with the manager and team members, assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Demonstrates and fosters teamwork; supports company values and maintains professional appearance and conduct.
• Performs administrative duties such as opening/closing duties, shift reports, inventory, and payroll entries as required.
