Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure a superior guest dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean, safe restaurant environment. The role emphasizes brand standards, safety, team communication, and administrative duties.

Ideal candidates are 18+, eligible to work in the United States, with a high school diploma or GED, and able to work flexible hours including opening/closing shifts; driving license and vehicle insurance may be required.

Formación

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to an automobile during shifts, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule and open and close the restaurant.
• May be required to work temporarily at other restaurant locations.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a World Class Guest Experience by delivering friendly, quick and accurate service and maintaining brand standards.
• Delivers Exceptional Brand Standards, Cleanliness and Safety through proper food handling, display, cleanliness, and safe operations.
• Communicates Openly With Manager and Team Members by giving clear directions, feedback and maintaining professional communications.
• Demonstrates and Fosters Team Work by recognizing performance, aiding teammates, and upholding company values.
• Performs Administrative Duties as Assigned, including opening/closing duties, shift reports, inventory and payroll entries.
