Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to drive a World Class Guest Experience through friendly, fast, and accurate service. You will maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and safety while leading a team and coordinating tasks during open and close shifts.

Responsibilities include communicating with the manager, assigning duties, providing feedback, and ensuring all shift reports and cash procedures are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to an automobile during shifts, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule and open and close the restaurant.
• May be required to work temporarily at other restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Creates a World Class Guest Experience by ensuring friendly, quick and accurate service.
• Delivers brand standards, cleanliness, and safety in daily operations.
• Communicates openly with manager and team members; assigns duties and provides feedback.
• Demonstrates teamwork and supports company values.
• Performs opening and closing duties and completes shift reports and cash handling procedures.
