Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee with multiple locations, seeks a Shift Leader to supervise crew, monitor shift execution, and deliver a consistent guest experience. You will lead by example, train teammates, and ensure operations meet quality and safety standards.

You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold brand guidelines, and manage labor and costs while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment on your assigned shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong guest-service mindset with the ability to lead a team.
• Ability to set targets, motivate staff, and deliver results.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Capable of operating standard restaurant equipment; able to lift 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team environment and manage shift resources.
• Train and coach Crew Members; assign roles and monitor performance.
• Ensure accuracy of food preparation and service to standards.
• Control labor and food costs while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to guest needs with urgency and professionalism.
• Adhere to brand standards and safety policies.
