Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and guest service. The role requires leading a team during 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, handling cash, and ensuring safe, compliant, efficient operations in a fast-paced store environment.

The 37-40 hour work week includes varied shifts. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour, with duties including customer service, order accuracy, and stock management to ensure guest satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate the POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and provide accurate change.
• Ability to comply with alcohol and tobacco sale regulations.
• Ability to use price book and determine prices.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve shakes, ice cream, sundaes, and beverages.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions, and manage cash accuracy.
• Restock shelves, maintain cold case temperatures, and ensure proper product rotation.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Complete time records accurately and support management as needed.
