Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to Guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with shakes, ice cream, sundaes, sodas, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately, including payments and fuel transactions.
• Restock shelves, maintain dip cabinet and equipment cleanliness.
• Monitor store security, cash drops, and adherence to policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.
• Accurately complete time records and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
