Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise on-shift staff during the assigned hours. The role requires guiding guests, assisting store operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws, including alcohol and tobacco sales.

You will report to the Store Manager, work Full Time (37-40 hours weekly) across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, and earn a pay range of $13.50 to $15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and identify documents.
• Ability to perform all essential duties and follow instructions.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Assist with shakes, cones, sundaes and other dipside items.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and balance cash.
• Keep shelves, freezers and dip cabinets clean and organized.
• Monitor store safety, and support maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Complete time records and other required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
