Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding guest service. The role involves leading on shift, handling cash and payments, and maintaining product quality and store appearance.

The position is full-time (37-40 hours) and may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Experience with POS and gas consoles is desirable, with strict adherence to alcohol and tobacco sales regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver friendly, accurate guest service.
• Ability to manage cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Strong communication with team members and customers.
• Experience supporting shift leadership and supervision tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Assist with shakes, ice cream items, and other DipSide offerings.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain stocked shelves, clean equipment, and properly rotated products.
• Monitor safety, cash handling, and compliance with tobacco/alcohol policies.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned.
