Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage shift activities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires adherence to safety, policy, and regulatory standards while maintaining inventory and cleanliness.

The successful candidate will lead a team during 1st-3rd shifts, handle cash and transactions, and uphold UDF’s five-phase guest experience to foster return visits and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, and to make change.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items, shakes, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and process transactions.
