Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience during all shifts. The role ensures safe and efficient operation, proper cash handling, and adherence to policies including alcohol/tobacco sale compliance.

The position requires excellent guest service, ability to work in a fast-paced store, and willingness to assist during first, second, or third shifts. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour for full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, recognize denominations and accurately make change.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare shakes/malts, ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Accurately register transactions and manage gas sales at the gas console.
• Stock shelves and coolers, rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and proper display standards.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned by Management.
