Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain stock levels while complying with all company policies and laws.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. The pay range is $13.50–$15.25 per hour for full-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring clear communication.
• Ability to follow safety and store policies.
• Proficient in handling cash, cards, and coupons.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Assist with Shake/ice cream/yogurt items and other dipside services.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately.
• Maintain merchandise, stock and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Monitor security and prevent shoplifting and fuel drive-offs.
• Ensure proper cash handling and reporting of time records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
