Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Loveland, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, assist customers, and ensure a safe, clean store environment. You will manage shifts, train associates, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS operations.

The role requires the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, with a pay range of $13.50 to $15.25 per hour and full-time hours (37-40 per week). You must comply with all laws, policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.
• Experience assisting customers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Ability to operate POS and gas consoles.
• Knowledge of store safety and food handling basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cones, and other DipSide items.
• Accurately process transactions and manage cash and payments.
• Keep shelves, dairy cases, and freezers clean and stocked.
• Monitor and rotate stock, check dates and product quality.
• Maintain store security and follow drop procedures for cash.
• Ensure store equipment and refrigeration temperatures are within range.
• Complete time records and other reports as assigned.
