Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati seeks a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience during 37-40 hours per week across 1st–3rd shifts. You will lead the team, ensure safe, efficient service, and follow policy for alcohol and tobacco sales.

The role includes shake prep, cash handling, and daily store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS, stocking, security, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• DipSide Guest Services: shakes, sundaes, ice cream, sodas, hand-packed items.
• Efficient operation of POS and gas console; handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves and freezers; keep dips and coffee/ice areas presentable.
• Maintain store security and monitor for shoplifting or theft attempts.
• Keep store and equipment clean; monitor refrigeration temperatures.
• Accurately complete time records and required reports.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
