Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and payments.
• Restock and rotate merchandise; ensure proper dating and presentation.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and equipment; monitor temperatures as needed.
• Complete time records and the Customer First documentation.
• Follow management instructions and perform other duties as assigned.
