Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily store operations during assigned shifts and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will supervise team members on duty, ensure the store runs safely and efficiently, and uphold all company policies.

The role requires accurate cash handling, adherence to liquor and tobacco regulations, and strong customer service skills. Flexibility for first, second, or third shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco per state law.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and teammates.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Assist with shakes, sundaes, and ice cream/menu items.
• Operate POS and gas console with accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized store conditions.
• Monitor store equipment temperatures and safety practices.
• Complete time records and relevant customer documents accurately.
