Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Shift Leader in Cincinnati, OH to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily shift operations. You will supervise front-line service, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain store standards for safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include guest engagement, beverage and dipside item prep, POS and gas console handling, stock organization, and adherence to alcohol/tobacco sales rules.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented
• Accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Proficient with POS terminals and gas console
• Ability to follow policies for alcohol/tobacco sales
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic math and arithmetic competence
• Clear English communication, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cones, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately, handle payments and changes.
• Stock shelves, dairy cases, and ensure product freshness and labeling.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Complete time records and other reporting accurately.
• Assist management with additional duties as needed.
