United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across shifts. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure compliance with alcohol/tobacco sales laws, and manage guest service excellence in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork with other associates, accurate cash handling, safety, and maintaining store standards during 1st–3rd shifts in a Cincinnati location.

Formación

• Shift Leader must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsabilidades

• Overall Guest Services: provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests and ensure the store is prepared for Guests at all times.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, cups, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficient Operation of Point of Sale System and Gas Console: authorize and control gas sales; register transactions; handle payments and discounts.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves, displays, and freezers filled and presentable; rotate stock and check dates.
• Security: monitor guests for safety, manage cash drop procedures, and follow tobacco/alcohol management protocols.
• Maintenance: keep store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor temperatures of equipment; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
