Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati, OH to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience while managing daily operations, cash handling, and safety protocols.

This role requires compliance with state laws on alcohol and tobacco sales, strong customer service, team supervision, and the ability to work 37–40 hours per week across 1st-3rd shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability and strong communication under busy conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills; greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests and ensure the store is ready for guests at all times.
• Assist with dipside guest services: shakes, sundaes, ice cream products and related items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately; handle transactions and view the register with proper cash handling.
• Stock merchandise and ensure proper rotation and shelf presentation; monitor refrigeration and coffee supplies.
• Maintain store security and follow drop procedures; monitor crowd and deter theft and drive-offs.
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the store and parking lot; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and required documentation; perform other duties as assigned by Management.
