Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee day-to-day store operations. The role requires ensuring safe, ethical, and policy-compliant service during the shift, including alcohol and tobacco sales, and supervising staff on duty.

Responsibilities include guest service, food preparation, POS and gas console operation, cash handling, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, secure store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to operate the POS system and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions and make change.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests and ensure they leave satisfied.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cups/cones and other dipside items.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console; process transactions accurately.
• Stock merchandise and maintain store presentation; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store and parking lot in a clean, safe condition; keep equipment clean.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
• Speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
