Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (speaking and reading).
• Basic math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Guest-focused mindset with guest satisfaction as a priority.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physical capability to operate standard restaurant equipment and lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members during your shift to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Oversee food preparation and service to meet quality standards.
• Assign roles and responsibilities; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Control labor and food costs; ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appropriate store standards throughout shift.
• Communicate goals and ensure the team meets brand and franchisee policies.
• Respond to coaching feedback and show willingness to learn and improve.
• Report equipment issues and opportunities for store improvements to the GM.
