Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during shifts. This role combines hands-on food preparation, supervision, food safety accountability, and cash handling in a fast-paced restaurant.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach and develop team members and provide feedback.
• Proficiency in cash handling, reporting, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Lead and train employees, open/close the store when needed.
• Ensure food preparation, order accuracy, and guest service meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and handle cash balancing with accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations.
