Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily operations across first through third shifts. This full-time role (37–40 hours) requires compliance with all policies and state laws, including alcohol and tobacco sales, and reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console.
• Capable of stocking and maintaining displays.
• Able to follow safety and cash-handling procedures.
• Lift up to 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures in the dip cabinet.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items, shakes, cups/cones, sundaes, and beverages.
• Operate POS system and gas console for transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, milk box, freezers; maintain dip cabinet cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain store security and monitor for losses; ensure proper cash handling.
• Keep store and equipment clean; monitor temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Complete time records and related documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
