Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will lead a team during shifts, ensure a safe and efficient store, and manage guest needs with a hands-on approach.

The role requires handling shakes and ice cream, operating the POS system and gas console, stocking merchandise, and maintaining security and cleanliness across the shift. This is a full-time position with a 37–40 hour week and shifts 1st–3rd.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English
• Ability to operate POS and cash handling accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment
• Strong focus on guest experience and safety

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest
• Prepare DipSide items and ice cream/yogurt offerings
• Operate POS and gas console and process transactions
• Keep shelves, display cases, and freezers stocked and presentable
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness throughout the shift
• Complete time records and required documentation accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
