Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Customer service oriented and guest-focused

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products
• Manage service bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow
• Provide knowledgeable product and service recommendations to guests
• Support service providers and assist with in-store events and promotions
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, safety, and sanitation standards
• Maintain attendance and represent Ulta Beauty image and culture
