Job summary

Ulta Beauty is looking for a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services in-store and by phone. You will support the Experience Manager and be a visible ambassador for the Ulta brand, focusing on service and retail sales, guest experience, and smooth store operations.

The role requires excellent guest service, strong communication, and the ability to manage bookings, handle inquiries, and upsell services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare and skincare areas.
• Answer salon calls, resolve guest concerns, manage bookings and guest records.
• Inform guests of promotions and invite them to try services.
• Maintain scheduling and guest flow to support a seamless experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, sanitation and safety protocols.
• Attend trainings and team meetings to develop professionally.
