Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, drive service and retail sales, and promote the in-store salon, skincare and haircare experiences. You will support the Experience Manager and ensure smooth booking, guest records, and traffic flow while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, excellent guest service, and ability to communicate salon services and product knowledge. Flexible schedule and in-store presence are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team by answering salon phone calls and managing the services booking system.
• Inform guests of current promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Assist with appointment pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition behaviors.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
