Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in-store and over the phone.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges professionally.
• Support services team with bookings, guest records, and salon traffic.
• Promote services and events, and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist in scheduling, rebooking, and guest acquisition activities.
