Qualifications

• Age 17 or 18 years or older.
• Customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Basic mathematical computations.
• Ability to promote brand integrity.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Menu knowledge and sanitation understanding.
• Knowledge of sanitation and MSDS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, energetic greeting.
• Seat guests and manage flow to ensure rapid, accurate service.
• Assist in To-Go orders via phone and apps with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of Front of House and restrooms.
• Represent the brand positively and be a store events spokesperson.
• Support food and beverage quality and service speed to enhance guest happiness.
