Responsibilities

• Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, and order pickups.
• Keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Proficiently operate systems needed to complete transactions and assist in total store fulfillment including pickup and curbside services.
• Engage customers with warmth, build relationships, and promote loyalty benefits.
