Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will supervise the restaurant line, keep equipment functional, and support crew training and schedules.

The role also involves assisting with occasional office duties, cash handling, and maintaining food safety policies. This position requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience to advance future leaders.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, support breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
