Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served while the restaurant crew stays trained and customer‑minded.

You will keep the line organized, monitor food safety, assist with crew development, and help with office duties as needed. This role requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience, with opportunities for growth into future leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; ensure proper operation of line items.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; support performance reviews.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes to keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are well managed and available as needed.
