Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will maintain an organized line, monitor line equipment, and step in to support tasks when busy.

You will help resolve customer issues, manage breaks and shifts, and contribute to staff development and office duties as part of a dynamic restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew.
• Support crew performance reviews and line scheduling.
• Assist with office administration and supplies as needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
