Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver seamless, personalized shopping experiences across BOPS, returns, and order pickups. You will help maintain a clean, inviting space, engage customers with genuine hospitality, and support team goals in a fast-paced retail store.

This role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Be adaptable and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide authentic hospitality while supporting Buy Online Pickup In Store, returns, and order pickups.
• Assist customers across all At Your Service activities and maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Support curbside and in-store pickup processes and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
