Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and returns
• Support sales goals by engaging customers, learning about new arrivals and promotions
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting shopping space for customers
• Provide friendly, genuine hospitality and build customer relationships
• Ensure accurate and smooth checkout and pickup experiences
