Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience across BOPS, returns, and curbside pickup. You’ll help keep the sales floor inviting and support teams with friendly, efficient service.

You are flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays, eager to learn, and comfortable using devices and checkout systems. This role goes beyond a cashier, placing the customer at the heart of every interaction and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Willingness to learn and meet daily sales goals.

• Assist customers in Buy Online Pickup In Store and other checkout tasks.
• Keep the pickup and return areas organized and friction-free.
• Greet customers and provide genuine hospitality.
• Support colleagues to meet sales goals and promote loyalty benefits.
