Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized At Your Service area and be proficient in POS systems.
• Engage customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships.
• Help achieve daily sales goals and promote Macy's Loyalty benefits.
• Collaborate with team to deliver fast, friendly service and a great shopping experience.
