Soho House is seeking a Server responsible for educating members and guests about menu items and allergies while delivering an elevated experience in line with Soho House Service Standards. The Server collaborates with Front of House and Back of House teams and accurately enters orders into the POS during service.

A successful candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong customer service skills, and maintains a hospitable attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintains calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate dining experience with menu knowledge and recommendations to drive sales.
• Communicate allergies or red flags to management and kitchen staff.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and obtain sign-off by management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company standards.
