• Tips certified and knowledgeable of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand, discuss and educate members and guests on menu items and allergies.
• Present an elevated guest experience following Soho House Service Standards.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and support FOH/BOH communication.
• Develop relationships with coworkers and management; follow pre/post-service duties.
• Assist with expo and service bar tickets; maintain clean server area.
• Knowledge of the menu; make recommendations when asked.
