Soho House & Co. is seeking an experienced Server to deliver elevated service and educate members and guests on menu items and allergies. You will enter orders in POS, collaborate with FOH/BOH teams, and maintain a positive, proactive approach under pressure.

The role emphasizes a high standard of guest satisfaction, flexibility in shifts, and adherence to Soho House service standards across all service moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Influence guests’ dining experience through menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Communicate allergies or dietary restrictions to prevent risks.
• Complete shift checkouts and have them approved by management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and Soho House policies and standards.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
• Support runners and bussers with tickets to ensure smooth service.
