Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Must demonstrate competency as outlined in training/Club School.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team and autonomously.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate the dining experience with food and drink pairing options and discuss specials.
• Communicate allergies or red flags to mitigate risk.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and secure management sign-off.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies and local laws.
• Ensure correct plating and timely service to members/guests.
• Assist runners and bussers to support all table orders.
• Clean and stock server area; polish silverware and glassware.
• Know the menu to make recommendations to members/guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
