Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Server to engage members and guests with knowledge of the menu, allergies, and service standards. You will enter orders into the POS, collaborate across FOH and BOH, and support special requests while maintaining a polished guest experience.

The role requires a calm, flexible hospitality mindset, weekend/holiday availability, and a focus on elevating the dining experience through attentive service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and remain calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate dining experience with menu knowledge and pairing suggestions to drive sales.
• Communicate allergies or red flags to management and chef.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and obtain management sign-off.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies; follow local, state, and federal law.
• Ensure proper plating and coursing of food orders to members/guests.
• Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Maintain service areas and stock as needed.
• Know the menu to confidently make recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
