Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Server to deliver warm, knowledgeable service to members and guests in a fast-paced club setting. You will understand the menu, discuss allergens, and educate guests while upholding Soho House Service Standards.

You will collaborate with FOH and BOH teams, enter orders accurately into the POS, and assist with pre- and post-service duties, maintaining a positive, elevated dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments with calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to follow Club School training and demonstrate competencies.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Tips certified and POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate dining experience through food and drink pairings and clear communication.
• Inform management of allergies or red flags to mitigate risk.
• Complete checkout reports with verification by management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies and laws.
• Ensure proper plating and timely service of food orders.
• Support runners and bussers with tickets and service flow.
• Keep server alley and bar area clean and stocked.
