Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Server to educate members and guests on menu items, allergies, and service standards while delivering an elevated guest experience. You will collaborate with FOH/BOH teams, enter orders into the POS, and help ensure accurate, timely service across shifts.

The successful candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, hospitality environment, is friendly, and can work flexible hours including weekends. Health and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thr ive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful toward colleagues and guests.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate the dining experience by discussing specials and pairing options to drive sales.
• Communicate allergies or potential red flags to management.
• Complete end-of-shift reports with confirmation from management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
• Assist runners and bussers with tickets to support all table orders.
• Clean and stock server alley and bar area; polish silverware and glassware.
• Know the menu to make informed suggestions when asked.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
