Job summary

Live! Casino Virginia is seeking a Security Ambassador to ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and assets while providing outstanding customer service.

The role requires greeting guests, checking IDs, responding to emergencies, and maintaining logs in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1–2 years of security/guest-service experience and Virginia licensure considerations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to write clear reports.
• Must be able to operate a telephone.
• Able to read and understand memos.
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work under time pressure and remain alert.
• Dexterity required for day-to-day activities and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Check IDs and admit only authorized guests.
• Explain casino and hotel rules and codes of conduct.
• Interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Assist with incidents, disputes, intoxicated guests, and security matters.
• Investigate and report injuries and incidents.
• Transport money, chips, and tokens as needed.
• Maintain safety and reporting logs.
