Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Security Ambassador to help create a safe, welcoming guest experience across the property. You will be the eyes and ears of the casino, ensuring compliance with rules while delivering warm, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service, de-escalation skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 0–2 years of security experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
0–2 years security experience preferred.
Must initiate Guard Card process within 60 days of employment.
Must obtain and maintain Maryland license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile and welcome.
Check IDs for casino and hotel entry; refuse under 21 or unauthorized individuals.
Explain casino/hotel rules and code of conduct.
Interact with the public professionally; provide directions and assistance.
Assist with disputes, intoxicated subjects, and incidents; refer to management as needed.
Notify supervisor or security of unusual events, incidents, or crimes.
Respond to medical or fire emergencies and support guests.
