Job summary
Live! Casino Virginia is seeking team members to greet guests, sign up players at the rewards center, and help run promotions. You will be part of a fast-paced, high-energy casino environment where excellent customer service is essential.
The role requires ability to stand for long periods, work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and obtain licensure as mandated. You will interact with guests in the casino, explain benefits, and ensure a welcoming experience across multiple areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a casino environment including exposure to alcohol and smoke.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or Live’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers and provides quality service at the Live! Rewards Center.
- Assists with greeting guests in the VIP Room and explains benefits, contests and promotions.
- Distributes promotional items and assists with payments and jackpots when needed.
- Responds to guest questions politely and informs them about casino hours, amenities, and events.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support guest experience and adherence to procedures.
